Does God Change His Mind? Many Christians answer this question too quickly. They hear, “Does God change His mind?” and immediately say, “No.” Then they quote a verse like Numbers 23:19, Malachi 3:6, or 1 Samuel 15:29 and assume the issue is settled. But that answer is too thin for the Bible. It takes a line or two, removes it from context, and then forces the rest of Scripture to be quiet.
